Creating a restaurant atmosphere in a building designed for retail use was an exciting challenge to the agency.
Linking the ground floor to the mezzanine became the catalyst for an unusual staircase design solution.The meandering staircase creates a journey of anticipation for the guests via a landing bridge designed for loitering and cat-walking.
Air con was designed into a lowered ceiling canopy providing intimacy for the diners below whilst giving privacy from the voyeurs dining above.
Minky browns, cerise reds with heavy velvet drapes add to the glamour and modernity of this stunning interior (not to mention the amazing menu and wine cellar!)
