One of the most beautiful of Matchem's auditoriums - slightly abused over the years but full of pride and majesty.
PRD were appointed to refurbish the existing auditorium and reception-bar areas. Removing many of the 60's additions, the designers recreated as faithfully as possible Matchems original vision.
New bar counters were created within the reception spaces - a bespoke carpet design was created based on the sculptural elephant masks in the auditorium bringing humour and creativity to Belfast's grand old theatre.
