A follow up design project with IBIS ran simultaneously to Ibis City Centre.This newbuild & refurb 56 bed hotel – the 2nd part of Ibis’s hotel ventures in Northern Ireland. PRD worked closely with Andras House, to bring a contemporary budget hotel that broke with the standard Ibis ‘design formula’ for Guestrooms and Front of House areas. The challenge was to reconfigure Guestrooms and Ground Floor areas within the existing fabric of the building.
Black glass and stained oak timber screens provide a contemporary feel – subtle textured wallpapers add a rich finish.
